By accessing or using RVWRS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RVWRS provides businesses with review-request execution tools, including hosted customer pages and QR kits designed to streamline the Google review process.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service via Google authentication and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and specifically in compliance with Google's policies regarding user reviews.

You may not use RVWRS to incentivize, gate, or fraudulently manipulate Google reviews.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but you will retain access until the end of the cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RVWRS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
